As a high school student in Pulaski High school, I truly believe that having Ms. Ortiz as a teacher has been a valuable experience. This teacher has gained my admiration and respect because of the way she was able to enrich the lives of her students such as myself. Being her student in her Spanish for Spanish Speakers 1 class allowed me to gain much knowledge and have the pleasure of being a student to a teacher who truly cares for the education and well being of her students. Ms. Ortiz genuinely cares that her students participate, cooperate, and graduate. That is why she always ensured that we were focused and collaborative in the classroom. Also, like any good teacher should, she did not tolerate any inappropriate or rude behavior such as sleeping in class or bullying. Because of her teaching style I have been able to succeed much in high school and be acknowledged as a good student. I am often told by other teachers that I am a very respectful student, and honestly I feel that this was based on the attitude I developed in Ms.Ortiz’s class. Because of teachers like her, students at Pulaski high school graduate with much preparation for the real world and leave with the memories of a great high school experience.
You were the best middle school teacher that I have ever had. You made middle school so much fun!! I appreciate everything you have taught me to become were I am today. Thank you so much!
You were the best teacher I have ever had and I really miss my years in K4-K5 playing with the animals and the barn! That was my favorite game and then i really liked the cups where you poured things like blue water, beans and whatever else! Your class game me life! :) Cup-Cake was the best too. I wish we had class pets in high school too so I wouldn’t have to focus on math or anything but we don’t so I guess I’ll have to come and visit you and your hamsters! You have taught me the most out of any teacher I have ever had and I miss you! :( Thank you for being the best teacher in ALL of MPS and I will never forget you. :)

"I teach the youth in my community because I hope, AUDACIOUSLY!”
My favorite teacher is MRS. VOSEBERG because she is a very smart teacher and she’s good at science and social studies. She taught me stuff this year that I know now like bacteria and viruses now I always wash my hands and check inside my food to see if it be cooked and I always clean the house and always take a shower even though I already do. SHE also sometimes can be very very very funny and I love her stories. THE one I like is when she ate her cow so that’s why she’s my favorite teacher.
I appreciate my favorite teacher in the world Ms. Berger because she pushes us to do our very best and she never quits on anyone!!!!!!! She works at Audubon middle school and I know she is proud!!!!!!

Mrs. Angela Goodwin
I would like to thank my son’s teacher at Fairview, Mrs. Stanislawski, for her tireless work with not only Alvaro, but all the special needs children in her care. She treats all of them with dignity and respect and we know our son is truly in good hands. Thank you for all you do.
A Shout to a Superior Teacher
A SHOUTOUT TO A SUPERIOR TEACHER, MRS. PAULA PIKE
I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Mrs. Paula Pike of Gaenslen Middle School room 106 as my favorite MPS teacher, and thank her for all of the support and assistance that she has given to me as a parent and to my daughter’s growth and development. It is not easy being a first time mother to a child with special needs. It comes with many advantage and disadvantages, which require a team of individuals to help in the process of growth.
I give great honor to Mrs. Pike. Worlds cannot express the contributions I and my daughter have received from her generosity. I hold her in high-esteem because of her caring, her concern and her dedication to the parents and the students in her class. A teacher’s role is to teach guild and bring awareness to their student about the consequences of their action. Mrs. Pike does all the above and more. I have been impressed with her teaching ability and the extra care shown toward my daughter.
Kamya has improved verbally as well as thrived mentally due to the aid and support received from Mrs. Pike. She is a standout teacher who communicates with me daily regarding my daughter’s needs.
In closing, Mrs. Paula Pike does all of the above and more. I hold great admiration for her and the work she does. Her skills and ability goes beyond what is expected of a teacher. Thank you Mrs. Pike for being you, and going beyond the call.
